The system µPlacer as a complex rework system consists of several
components. Those can be gradually merged. It is composed of a precision
mechanic, a vision-system and a so-called rework module. Desoldering, Cleaning, Dispensing Paste, Placing and Resoldering are no problem with this system. The optimal view from every direction is accomplished by a modern Split Field Optic, which is conveyed on a monitor. The appropriate precision mechanic with the corresponding reduction leads to a simple handling of superfine components and special components. The rework module is responsible for precise, temperature controlled Soldering and Desoldering process. |
